Edge Athletics is proud to present D.J. Sackmann and the ImPossible training staff for a two day Christmas Break Skills refresher session on January 4th and 5th at the Poughkeepsie Day School.  This is one of several appearances in the Hudson Valley and will be the first of many in 2014.  Our training sessions have attracted many of the areas rising stars not only in Dutchess County, but from as far north and south as Albany and New York city.   If your looking for a way to polish you’re skills and learn some advanced training techniques over the holiday break, then this is the perfect opportunity.
